Riboflavin Or B2

Riboflavin is also a co-enzyme involved in energy metabolism. It is an orange yellow crystalline compound. It is water soluble to a lesser extent and is heat stable unlike thiamine but it is sensitive to light forming lumifalvin which has methyl group in place of D-ribityl group.
